I am so pleased that I went through Lifepoint Healthcare to advise on a healthcare policy. Jenna was excellent in listening to our needs and answering questions on which product would suit us best. It is definitely easier to go through a broker rather than try to contact individual providers direct. There are some additional points any one thinking of taking up private health care need to be made aware of to make sure it covers your individual needs. Jenna was able to do provide the answers and give us options. Mica has since been great at keeping us updated on the application process.
