Do you have an admin request?

This may include:

  • Name, address or other personal detail changes
  • Addition or removal of people from your policy (including babies)
  • Requests for information such as policy numbers, documentation or invoices.

If this applies to you, please do not call!

We do not accept change requests over the phone.

All admin requests MUST be emailed in. This is to protect you from any potential administrative errors. 

Instead, please contact the admin team directly on:

Please including the following in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Your date of birth
  • A phone number you can be contacted on if needed
  • Your policy number (if known)
  • The name of your company (if applicable)
  • Any additional information

The admin team will action your request and let you know as soon as possible.
